Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kineton Dog Paddock

Our aim is simple: to provide a safe, secure and enjoyable environment where dogs can enjoy the freedom to run, play and train, whilst giving owners complete peace of mind.

By making a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Booking
  • All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Each booking is for the exclusive use of the paddock during your allocated session.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent by email together with any access information required.
  1. Number of Dogs
  • Each booking includes up to 3 dogs.
  • Up to 6 dogs may attend by selecting the additional dog option during booking.
  • Please contact us if you wish to bring more than 6 dogs or wish to organise a special event.
  1. Arrival & Departure

Please arrive at your allocated start time.

If you arrive early, please remain in your vehicle until the previous customer has safely departed.

If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the booked end time to avoid delaying subsequent customers.

Please leave promptly at the end of your session.

  1. Dogs

Owners remain fully responsible for their dogs at all times.

Dogs should remain under effective control whilst entering and leaving the paddock.

Please ensure gates are securely closed before allowing dogs off lead.

  1. Health & Disease Control

The health and welfare of all dogs using Kineton Dog Paddock is extremely important.

Please do not bring dogs that:

  • Are showing signs of infectious or contagious illness (including kennel cough, vomiting, diarrhoea or similar illnesses).
  • Are known to have parasites that may present a risk to other dogs.
  • Have been advised by a veterinary surgeon not to exercise or mix with other dogs.

Owners are expected to behave responsibly by ensuring their dogs receive appropriate routine healthcare, including vaccinations, flea treatment and worming where appropriate.

If your dog develops signs of an infectious illness within seven days of visiting the paddock, we would appreciate you letting us know so that we can take any appropriate precautionary measures.

  1. Puppies

Puppies are very welcome, provided they are old enough and it is safe for them to exercise in an environment where other dogs have previously visited.

The suitability of the paddock for young puppies remains the owner’s responsibility.

  1. Reactive Dogs & XL Bullies

Kineton Dog Paddock welcomes nervous and reactive dogs.

If your dog requires additional management, or if you own an XL Bully, please contact us before booking so that suitable buffer times can be arranged where appropriate.

Our aim is to provide a safe experience for everyone.

  1. Children

Children are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult.

Please remember this is a dog exercise facility rather than a children’s play area.

Children remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times.

  1. Livestock & Farm Operations

Kineton Dog Paddock is situated on a working Soil Association Certified Organic farm.

Customers may occasionally see tractors, livestock movements or other normal farming activities taking place outside the secure paddock.

Cattle and sheep may occasionally graze neighbouring fields.

Dogs must remain within the secure paddock at all times and owners should be respectful of neighbouring livestock and farm operations.

  1. Dog Waste

Please pick up after your dog.

Dog waste bins are provided throughout the site and are emptied through a licensed commercial waste contractor.

Failure to remove dog waste may result in future bookings being refused.

  1. Enrichment Equipment

Any enrichment or agility equipment is used entirely at your own risk.

Please supervise your dog whilst using equipment and report any damaged items immediately.

  1. Damage

If your dog damages fencing, equipment or any other part of the paddock, please let us know as soon as possible.

Accidents happen and we would much rather repair any damage quickly than discover it later.

  1. Safety

Before releasing your dog, please carry out a quick visual check of:

  • Gates
  • Fencing
  • Surrounding area

If you notice anything that concerns you, do not release your dog.

Please contact us immediately.

Where appropriate your booking will be refunded or rearranged.

  1. Weather

The paddock remains open during most weather conditions.

Please dress appropriately — your dog won’t mind a little rain!

If severe weather makes the paddock unsafe, we may temporarily close the paddock and offer either a refund or an alternative booking.

  1. Cancellations

More than 48 hours’ notice:

  • Full refund or rebooking available.

Less than 48 hours’ notice:

  • Unfortunately no refund can be offered.

Block bookings, promotional packages and prepaid sessions are non-refundable.

  1. Escape of a Dog

In the unlikely event that your dog escapes:

  • Remain calm.
  • Contact Kineton Dog Paddock immediately.
  • Do not enter neighbouring fields without permission.
  • If livestock become involved, notify us immediately.
  • Emergency contact details are displayed at the entrance.
  1. Liability

Kineton Dog Paddock takes reasonable steps to provide a safe and secure environment, including routine inspections and maintenance of fencing, gates and equipment.

However, owners remain fully responsible for:

  • Their dogs.
  • Their guests.
  • Their children.
  • Their own personal belongings.

Whilst every effort is made to maintain a secure environment, use of the paddock is entirely at the customer’s own risk.

Kineton Dog Paddock accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

  1. Respect for Others

Please help us keep Kineton Dog Paddock enjoyable for everyone by:

  • Leaving the paddock clean.
  • Leaving promptly at the end of your session.
  • Respecting neighbouring properties and livestock.
  • Keeping noise to a reasonable level.
  • Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.
  1. Photography

Photographs may occasionally be taken for marketing purposes.

If you would prefer that you or your dog are not included, please let us know and we will always respect your wishes.

  1. Right to Refuse or Cancel Bookings

Kineton Dog Paddock reserves the right to refuse, cancel or terminate any booking where:

  • These Terms & Conditions have been repeatedly breached.
  • A customer behaves in a manner that places themselves, others, dogs, livestock or property at unnecessary risk.
  • False or misleading information has been provided during the booking process.
  • Dogs are brought to the paddock that present an unacceptable risk and no prior discussion has taken place with the operator.
  • Circumstances outside our control make it unsafe to operate, including severe weather, damage to fencing or emergency farm operations.

Where appropriate, refunds will be considered at the discretion of Kineton Dog Paddock.
