Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans sometimes change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy aims to be fair to both our customers and the operation of Kineton Dog Paddock.
Cancelling Your Booking
More than 48 hours before your booking
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you may choose either:
- A full refund; or
- To transfer your booking to another available date and time.
Within 48 hours of your booking
Unfortunately, bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
This is because it is often difficult to re-let the booking slot at short notice.
Arriving Late
If you arrive after your booked start time, your session will still end at the original finish time to ensure the next customer’s booking is not affected.
Unfortunately, refunds or extensions cannot be offered for late arrivals.
No Shows
If you do not attend your booking and have not contacted us beforehand, the booking will be treated as a No Show and no refund will be issued.
Bad Weather
The paddock remains open during most weather conditions.
Please dress appropriately—your dog won’t mind a little rain!
If we decide that weather conditions make the paddock unsafe (for example, severe storms, flooding or high winds), we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either:
- A full refund; or
- An alternative booking date.
Site Closures
If Kineton Dog Paddock has to close unexpectedly due to circumstances beyond our control, including emergency repairs, damage to fencing or other safety concerns, customers will be offered:
- A full refund; or
- An alternative booking.
Block Bookings & Promotional Packages
Discounted block bookings, promotional offers and prepaid packages are intended to reward regular customers.
Unless we have agreed otherwise in exceptional circumstances:
- Sessions included within a block booking are non-refundable.
- Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotional offers have no cash value.
Exceptional Circumstances
We appreciate that genuine emergencies do occur.
If exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to be fair and reasonable when considering individual situations.
